3D Printing

BMC Library has a Ultimaker S3 Extended 3D printer available for use. 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process where a CAD or a 3D model is made into a physical object by adding material layer by layer to build volume. It is mainly used for rapid prototyping. Visit in person or email/phone us to find out how to get your project printed.

Media Works Resources

Media Works has some fabulous equipment you can use there. They offer tutorials and they can schedule workshops with your students. They also have a great collection of easy to follow resources on how to use the 3D printers, and links to supporting resources and more.
